Returns/ Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you the buyer or third party wishes to return an item, the buyer must first request the return and explain the reason for the return by email to email@example.com. This information determines who covers the return shipping cost. e.g. If you decide the Trug is too big or too small, the sizes are clearly stated so you should pay return shipping cost. If you find a fault with the Trug, then we arrange the collection of it. All requests for returns must be within 15 Days as all trugs are dated and cannot be re-sold if 'out-of-date'.
If the item was received transit damaged, please notify us immediately as there is a very limited time for us to claim on the shippers insurance. Ideally accompanied by digital photographs.
A request for Cancellation of a purchase must be very rapid as we process and ship the same working day i.e. Monday - Friday.
